Email support@invintory.com from the address you sign in with. That is the one way to reach a person — there is no chat inside the app, and no phone line.
✉️ Tell us what you were doing, not what you are using. Every request the iPhone and iPad app makes already carries your app version and your iOS version, so those lines are wasted. Nothing anywhere records what you tapped — that is the part only you can give us.
The Help Center is inside the app
Most answers are already written, and every app opens this help centre for you rather than sending you off to a browser.
Where you are | How to open it |
iPhone | The gear icon at the top of your home screen, then Help Center. It is also in Account settings |
iPad | The ? icon in the top bar |
Android | The ? icon at the top of Home, or Settings → Help → Help Center |
app.invintory.com | Settings → Help → Help center |
Home → gear icon → Help Center
Screens that write the email for you
iPhone and iPad. When the app cannot reach us you get We're having trouble connecting to our servers, with a Retry button and a contact support link. That link opens a mail draft already addressed to us, with the subject set to what you were doing.
The web app. A page that breaks shows an Error ID, the page, the time and the message, and a Contact support link that copies all of it into the email. Use it — the ID matches our log entry exactly.
Android. The beta banner across the top of Home carries a Report bug button.
What we cannot do from here
Where you subscribed decides who can cancel it or change the card on it, and for most people that is Apple or Google Play rather than us. The two articles below tell you which applies to you before you write in.
