On Home, tap Edit beside Cellars & fridges, then press and hold a row and drag it up or down. The new order saves itself as you drop it.
💡 Home only shows your first ten storages. Reordering is how you choose which ten those are, and which one you land on first. The order belongs to the collection, not to you — everyone who shares it sees the same order.
On iPhone and iPad
On Home, tap Edit beside Cellars & fridges.
The full list opens, with a ≡ handle on the left of every row you can move.
Press and hold a row, drag it to where you want it, and let go.
Repeat for the rest, then tap ✕ in the top left to close the list.
Home → Cellars & fridges → Edit → press and hold a row → drag → ✕
There is nothing to save and nothing to confirm. If a move cannot reach our servers the row springs back to where it was, which is your cue to try again. Reordering needs Editor access or above; with viewer access the handles are not there.
Where your order shows up
Where | What you see |
Cellars & fridges on Home | The first ten, left to right, then a card for creating another |
The Cellars & fridges list | All of them, top to bottom |
Every storage picker | The same order when you choose where a bottle goes, or where it moves to |
app.invintory.com | The Cellars & Fridges list in the left sidebar |
Android
Edit beside Cellars & fridges opens the same list as a grid of tiles. Press and hold a tile, drag it, and let go — a Cellars reordered successfully message confirms it.
Web
You cannot reorder on app.invintory.com yet, but it follows the order you set on your phone or tablet.
