Your home screen is a dashboard you assemble yourself: a fixed block at the top — your collection, a search field and your headline numbers — and below it nine sections you can drag into any order, or switch off entirely.
The top of the screen
Your collection name sits in the top left with a badge for its plan — tap it for Switch collection and Collection settings. Top right are the Reminders bell, badged when something is due, and a gear menu holding Account settings, Customize home and the Help Center. There is no three-dot menu up here.
Below that, Search all wines searches your whole collection and our wine database, and the camera icon inside it goes straight to scanning a label.
Then your two headline figures, Bottles and Market value. Tap ⋯ beside Market value for Hide values / Show values, which blurs every figure on the screen, and About market value, which explains how the total is worked out. If the tile is missing altogether, Hide Market Value has been switched on in Collection settings — that applies to everyone sharing the collection, not just to you.
⭐ Requires a paid plan. Market value, Quick filters, Deliveries and Analytics need a paid plan — without one the figure and the charts sit blurred behind a Learn More prompt. Everything else here works on any plan. Home → your collection name → Collection settings → Subscription shows what yours includes.
Add, Remove, and the + menu
Add and Remove sit directly under your stats. Everything else lives behind the + button, which on iPhone is part of the tab bar rather than the home screen — as is the Ask Vincent bar. It opens a grid of nine shortcuts: Add, Remove, Scan wine, Search, Create review, Create list, Create menu, Create delivery and Scan CellarSticker. Press and hold any tile until the grid wiggles, drag it where you want it, then tap Save to finish.
The nine sections are yours to arrange
This is the part most people never find. Everything below the stats is a list you control.
Home → gear icon → Customize home → drag to reorder, or toggle a section off
Reset on that screen puts the original order back and returns any cards you have dismissed. The arrangement is saved on the device you set it on, so your iPhone and iPad can differ.

A section with nothing in it yet hides itself, so Quick filters, Ready to drink and Past Bottles only appear once they have something to show.
Asking Vincent
The Ask Vincent bar above the tabs opens a chat with the AI sommelier, which answers from your actual bottles. The microphone beside it dictates your message into the chat rather than sending it straight away, so it has its own article.

On Android and the web
Android's home screen has the same header, then quick filters, cellars, deliveries, a Management block linking to Analytics, Past bottles and Activity, and Saved Lists. The order is fixed; there is no Customize home yet.
On app.invintory.com the same screen is called Dashboard, and its order is fixed too. It carries Collection details, Cellar and fridges, Ready to drink, Upcoming deliveries, Saved lists and Recently removed — Analytics, Activity, Past bottles and Deliveries live in the left-hand nav instead.
