Say “Scan a wine in InVintory” to Siri and the app opens straight into the camera. Three shortcuts ship built in — scanning, searching and Ask Vincent — and there is nothing to switch on first.
🗣️ A shortcut opens the app, it doesn't replace it. Siri will not read your cellar back to you or add a bottle on its own. Each phrase takes you to the right screen and hands over — it saves the taps, not the trip.
The three shortcuts

Run one with Siri
Hold the side button, or say “Siri”.
Say one of the phrases above, app name included — the name is what tells Siri which app you mean.
InVintory opens on that screen.

Without speaking
Swipe down on your Home Screen and type Scan a Wine, Search Wines or Ask Vincent. Spotlight lists them under InVintory, and running one there does exactly the same thing.
All three also appear in Apple's Shortcuts app under InVintory, so you can drag one onto your Home Screen or drop it into an automation of your own. The three buttons on the InVintory widget run these same three shortcuts, which is the tap-only version of the same thing.
