InVintory has an Android app, and it is in open beta on Google Play. It signs in to the same account and the same collection as the iPhone app and the web app, so a bottle you add on Android is on your other devices by the time you open them.
Install it
Open the Play Store on your Android phone.
Search for InVintory — the listing is by InVintory Wines Incorporated — or go straight to InVintory on Google Play.
Tap Install, then sign in with the account you already use. If you are new to InVintory, sign up in the app — there is no separate Android waiting list.
The home screen carries an Invintory Android Beta banner with a Report bug button. Tapping it is the fastest way to tell us something is wrong, and it is the most useful thing you can do while we finish the app.
Home → Invintory Android Beta → Report bug
What works on Android
Android is still catching up to iPhone, so some things you read about elsewhere in this Help Center have not arrived there yet. Everything below is checked.
What you want to do | On Android |
Add, edit and remove bottles — by search, or by scanning a label with the camera | ✅ |
Browse, search and filter your collection, Quick filters, Past bottles, Reviews | ✅ |
Cellars & fridges, and finding or placing a bottle in VinLocate's 3D view | ✅ |
Vincent, deliveries, analytics, History, saved lists, tags, collaborators | ✅ |
Import from CellarTracker, and request Vivino or spreadsheet instructions | ✅ |
Export your collection as a CSV | ✅ |
Building a new VinLocate section | ✅ |
Reviewing or cancelling an import | — use the web app |
Sensors, CellarStickers and reminders | — not yet |
If something is missing
Nothing about your account changes with the platform, so anything Android cannot do yet you can do on iPhone, iPad or at app.invintory.com and see the result on your phone straight away. The current list of what is still coming to Android is kept at invintory.com/android.
