Quick Filters let you save a combination of filters and access them instantly from your home screen — no need to set up the same filters every time you want to check a specific view of your collection.
Quick Filters require an InVintory Premium subscription.
Step 1: Go to the Collection Tab
Tap the Collection tab at the bottom of the screen to see your full wine list.
Step 2: Open the Filter Panel
Tap the Filter button in the top right. This opens the full filter panel with all available filter options.
At the top, you'll see a banner: "Apply the same filters often?" with a Create button. This is how you start creating a Quick Filter.
Step 3: Set Your Filters
Before tapping Create, set up the filters you want to save. You can combine any filters:
Sort order — How wines are sorted (newest, oldest, by price, etc.)
Storage — Specific cellars or fridges
Wine type — Red, white, sparkling, rosé, etc.
Vintage, varietal, region — Any wine attribute
Drink window — Ready to Drink, Hold, Drink Soon, etc.
Price range — Market or purchase price range
Tags — Your custom collection tags
Step 4: Save as Quick Filter
Tap Create on the banner. You'll be asked to name your Quick Filter (1-30 characters). Choose something descriptive like "Ready to Drink Reds" or "Burgundy Under $100".
Tap Save quick filter to save it. Your filter combination is now saved.
Using Your Quick Filters
Quick Filters appear in two places:
Home screen — As a row of tappable pills in the "Quick filters" section. One tap instantly opens a filtered view of your collection.
Filter panel — Available as presets when you open the filter panel
Tap Edit next to "Quick filters" on the home screen to manage, rename, or delete your saved filters.
Editing a Quick Filter
To change the filters saved in a Quick Filter:
Tap the Quick Filter pill to open it
Tap Filter to open the filter panel
Adjust the filters as needed
Tap Save quick filter to update
Tips
Create filters for your routine — "Weekend Wines" (ready to drink, under $50), "Investment Bottles" (market price over $200, hold), or "Dinner Party Picks" (tagged accordingly).
Works with Past Bottles too — You can create Quick Filters for your consumption history, not just current bottles.
Combine multiple criteria — The power of Quick Filters is combining filters. "French Reds, Ready to Drink, Under $75" is one tap away once saved.
