Swap the database label image for one of your photos, the label you scanned or a fresh upload, for this collection only, and put the database image back any time.

How to use your own photo as a wine's label image

Pick the bottles that are ready, match them to the food, work out decanting, find them in the cellar, and log what you opened.

How to prepare for a tasting or dinner party

What a search term matches and what it does not, the four inputs read specially, what to try when nothing comes back, and the four-tab search on your home screen.

How to search your collection

The Filter panel row by row — how filters combine, why a row is greyed out, the Pairings and single-grape filters, and how sorting works.

How to filter and sort your bottles

Create your own coloured labels for bottles, then filter, display, print and export by them.

How to manage tags

Your own text, number and date fields — and why bottle fields and label fields have opposite scope.

How to manage custom fields

Change your collection's name in Collection settings on any platform — up to 50 characters, and everyone who shares it sees the change.

How to rename a collection

Choose which details show under each wine in your collection list — and why the choice stays on the device you made it on.

How to customise your collection page

Every bottle you remove lands in Past bottles with its price, notes and reviews intact — and you can put it back.

How to view past bottles

Group wines you pick by hand into a named list — with a vintage and a note per wine, so it works as a wishlist too.

How to create a saved list

Save a set of filter criteria under a name and pin it to your home screen — and how that differs from a saved list.

How to create a quick filter

How the Collection tab groups your bottles, and how search, filters, sorting and bulk selection work on it.

Understanding your collection page

A dated log of every bottle that entered, left or moved in your collection, and who did it — plus what it deliberately does not record.

Understanding your collection activity

Tap Remind Later after you drink a bottle and InVintory nudges you to write the tasting note — where the reminders wait, and how to clear them.

How to set wine review reminders

Empty a collection of every bottle without deleting the collection — where the button is on each platform, what you have to type, and what survives it.

How to clear your Collection contents

Write your own tasting note on a wine — where the composer lives, what it can hold, and why every review starts private.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
