Custom Reports gives you interactive, visual dashboards about your wine collection. Track value trends, consumption patterns, regional breakdowns, and more — all powered by your collection data.
Custom Reports is available on the InVintory Elite plan.
Accessing Custom Reports
Custom Reports is available as a tab in the app's navigation. Tap Custom Reporting to open the dashboard. The dashboard loads automatically with your collection data.
What You Can See
The reporting dashboard is interactive — tap, filter, and drill into any chart. Reports include:
Collection value over time — How your collection's market value has changed
Regional breakdown — Distribution of wines by country and region
Varietal analysis — What grape varieties make up your collection
Consumption trends — How many bottles you're drinking over time
Price analysis — Purchase price vs. market value comparisons
Vintage distribution — Spread of wines across vintage years
Downloading Reports
You can download any report view as a file to share or save. When a download is available, you'll see a share option that lets you save or send the report through any iOS sharing method (email, AirDrop, Files, etc.).
Tips
Best on iPad or desktop — While Custom Reports works on iPhone, the interactive charts are easiest to explore on a larger screen. Try it on the InVintory web app at app.invintory.com for the best experience.
Data updates automatically — Reports reflect your current collection data. No need to manually refresh — just open the dashboard.
For simpler analytics — If you don't need custom reports, the built-in Analytics section on the home screen provides key insights on all plans.
