How to best report a Bug to our team

First, let's make sure this is not a minor technical glitch and that it has not already been addressed in the latest version of the app.

  • Quit and restart the app

  • Check the App Store for any new updates

    • Sometimes it can take a second or two for the option to change from "Open" to "Update" so make sure you click on our App Store listing and pause to confirm.

    • You can also confirm the latest version in the App Store listing and cross reference it in the InVintory app by going to Profile > Settings gear in top right > scrolling to the bottom.

If the issue persists, please send support@invintory.com as much information as possible, including:

  • The device you are using (iPhone, iPad, or desktop site)

  • The model of the device (ex. iPhone 14 Pro)

  • If iPhone or iPad, the iOS version (go to Settings > General > About)

  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue. Video really help us see the full context of the issue. To learn how to screen record, please see here.

This greatly helps our technical team diagnose and resolve bugs faster.
