Your CSV is finished the moment you tap or click the export — it is never queued and never emailed, so there is nothing to wait for. If you cannot see the file, it went somewhere you have not looked yet.
Where the file lands
Device | Where the file goes |
iPhone and iPad | Straight into the share sheet. Tap Save to Files to keep it on your device, or send it by Mail, Messages or AirDrop. Nothing is saved if you close the share sheet. |
Android | Download CSV asks you to choose a folder first, then saves there and confirms with "File saved successfully". If you dismiss the folder picker, nothing is saved. Share CSV skips the folder and hands the file to another app instead. |
Web | Your browser's usual downloads location, named after your collection and today's date. Open your browser's downloads list to find it. |
Pop-up blockers are not involved — the web export never opens a new window, so there is no blocked pop-up to allow.
If it is still missing
Search your device or computer for
MyCollection— every export is named for the collection or quick filter and the date.Just run the export again. There is no queue and no export history, so a fresh file takes seconds.
If the app says the export failed, check your connection and retry, then reach us through Help Center in the app if it keeps failing.
