You can start Premium yourself, in the iPhone or iPad app, in the Android app, or on the web app at app.invintory.com. Elite and Enterprise are set up with our team, so those begin with a call rather than a purchase.
⭐ Only the collection owner can upgrade. Anyone else is told to contact the owner — an admin cannot do it either.
On iPhone or iPad
Tap your collection's name at the top of the home screen and tap Collection settings.
Tap the Subscription row. The plan screen opens.
Choose the plan you want and follow the prompts. Apple takes the payment, so it appears on your Apple Account.
Tapping any locked feature opens the same plan screen, so you do not have to go through settings — a blurred figure with a Learn More prompt, or a card offering plans, both lead there.
On Android
Profile → Settings → Collections → your collection → Subscription
The plan screen works the same way. Google Play takes the payment.
On the web app
Go to app.invintory.com and open Settings.
Open your collection and find Subscription under General.
Click Choose plan, pick monthly or annual, and enter your card. We take the payment directly.
There is also a shortcut: while a collection has no subscription, your profile menu in the top corner carries a Premium entry with an Upgrade badge.
Where you upgrade decides who bills you afterwards, and that decides where you go to change your card or cancel. How to cancel your subscription explains the three billing paths.
Elite and Enterprise
These are managed plans, so the plan screen offers you a call instead of a purchase button — Book a Call on the web, and the same on the app's Elite plan. Pick a time and we will set the collection up with you. If you would rather write, email support@invintory.com.
If you have a promo code
Profile → gear icon → Purchases → Redeem Promo Code
Type the code and tap Redeem. A code starts an annual plan that we bill directly rather than through the app stores, so it appears on your card and not on your Apple or Google account. The row is in the same place in the Android app, under Settings → Purchases.
Why a promo code is refused | What to do |
The code does not exist, or is no longer active | Check the spelling, then check with whoever gave it to you |
The code has expired, or has been used as many times as it allows | Ask us whether there is a current code |
You have already redeemed a code on this account | Only one code can be applied per account |
The code is only for first-time customers | It cannot be used on an account that has subscribed before |
A subscription is already active on the collection | Let it run out first, or contact us |
A gift card is not a promo code. There is no code to type in for one — send it to us and we will apply it by hand. See How to buy a gift card.
