Using the Activity Feed

Track every change in your collection — bottles added, consumed, moved, and more — with the activity timeline.

The Activity Feed is a timeline of everything that happens in your collection. Every bottle added, consumed, moved, sold, or gifted is logged here with details about who did it and when.

Accessing the Activity Feed

From the home screen, scroll down to the Recent Activity section. You'll see your three most recent events. Tap View all to open the full activity timeline.

What the Activity Feed Tracks

Every action on your bottles is recorded:

Event

What It Means

Added to Collection

Bottles were added via search, scan, or import

Added to Deliveries

Bottles were added to a pending delivery

Consumed

Bottles were marked as consumed (drunk)

Sold

Bottles were marked as sold

Gifted

Bottles were marked as gifted

Removed

Bottles were removed from the collection or deliveries

Moved

Bottles were moved between storage locations

Reading an Activity Entry

Each entry in the feed shows:

  • Who — The name and avatar of the person who made the change (useful for shared collections)

  • What — The action taken and how many bottles (e.g., "Josh added 2 bottles")

  • Which wine — The wine name, vintage, and label image

  • When — The time the action happened

  • Where — The storage location involved

Tap any activity entry to jump to that bottle's detail view.

Filtering the Activity Feed

Tap the Filter button to narrow the feed. You can filter by:

  • Event type — Show only additions, removals, moves, or specific removal types

  • Collaborator — See actions by a specific person (great for shared collections)

  • Wine attributes — Filter by wine type, varietal, country, region, vintage, or size

  • Price range — Filter by market or purchase price

  • Tags — Filter by custom tags applied to bottles

Activities are grouped by date, so you can easily scan through what happened today, yesterday, and further back.

Tips

  • Shared collections — The activity feed is especially valuable when multiple people manage the same collection. You can see who added, moved, or consumed bottles and when.

  • Consumption tracking — Filter by "Consumed" to see your drinking history over time — useful for Year in Review stats and understanding your preferences.

  • Tap to investigate — If something looks off (bottles missing, unexpected changes), tap the activity entry to see the full bottle details and figure out what happened.
