Welcome to InVintory

A quick tour of the InVintory app; your home screen, main tabs, and key features to get you started.

InVintory is your personal wine cellar management app. Whether you're a casual wine lover or a serious collector, InVintory helps you catalog your bottles, track their value, organize your storage, and even visualize your cellar in 3D.

This guide gives you a quick tour of the app so you know where everything is.

Your Home Screen

The Home screen is your command center. Everything you need is right here at a glance.

Collection Stats

At the top of the home screen, you'll see key stats about your collection:

  • Bottles: Total number of bottles in your collection

  • Market Value: Estimated current value of your wines

Use the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to show or hide your collection values for privacy.

Quick Actions

Tap the + menu button to open the Quick Action menu — a panel of nine shortcuts for the most common tasks:

  • Scan CellarSticker — Scan a CellarSticker NFC tag to locate a bottle instantly

  • Create menu — Generate a restaurant-style wine list

  • Create delivery — Log an incoming shipment

  • Create list — Start a new Saved List

  • Search — Search your collection or wine database

  • Add — Add a new bottle to your collection

  • Create review — Write a tasting note

  • Remove — Remove a bottle from your collection

  • Scan wine — Scan a label to identify a bottle

Press and hold any action to rearrange the menu so your most-used shortcuts appear first.

The + Add and — Remove buttons on the home screen open the Add Bottles and Remove Bottles screens directly without opening the full menu.

Ask Vincent Anything

The Ask Vincent anything bar at the bottom of the home screen gives you direct access to your AI wine sommelier. Tap the bar to open a chat, or tap the microphone icon to speak to Vincent hands-free. Your voice message is transcribed into the chat box so you can review and edit it before sending.

Ask Vincent anything: "What should I drink tonight?", "What pairs well with steak?", or "Add the bottle I just bought to my collection."

Quick Filters

If you've created saved filters, they appear as a horizontal row of tappable pills. Tap any filter to instantly view a filtered version of your collection. Tap Edit to manage or reorder your filters.

Cellars and Fridges

Your storage locations appear as cards. Each card shows the storage name and type, how many bottles are stored there, and how many slots are open.

Tap any card to open the storage detail view. Tap the three-dot menu > Edit next to the section header to rename the storage location. You can also manage the individual storage sections and view them in 3D.

If you have four or more storage locations, they display as a horizontally scrollable carousel. Swipe left and right to browse them.

Ready to Drink

The Ready to Drink section surfaces every bottle in your collection currently within its optimal drinking window. InVintory calculates this automatically for every bottle you own. Tap All [X] btls to open your full Ready to Drink list.

More on Your Home Screen

Scroll down and you'll also find:

  • Saved Lists — Quick access to wine lists you've curated

  • Past Bottles — Recently consumed or removed wines

  • Recent Activity — A log of everything you've done in your collection
