A storage is a physical place you keep wine — a cellar, a wine fridge, a kitchen rack. Create one from the storages list: tap Create, choose Create Cellar or Create Fridge, name it, tap Create.
⭐ Your plan sets how many storages you can have. The storages list header shows your count, with your cap if your plan has one. "Storage Limit Reached" means you've used them all — a quota, not a locked feature, so deleting a storage frees the slot again.
Cellar or fridge is a real choice, not a label
The type changes what you build inside and what the app can do for you.

⚠️ A fridge model can only be chosen while you create the fridge. Build the shelves by hand first and there is no way to apply a model afterwards — you would have to create a second fridge.
Create one on iPhone and iPad
On Home, tap Edit beside Cellars & fridges.
Tap Create, then Create Cellar or Create Fridge.
For a fridge, Select your fridge model opens first. Pick a model, tap View all for a brand's full range, or Custom to build the shelves yourself.
Type a name — the only required field, and it must be unique in the collection.
Optionally tap the image for Camera, Gallery or Change color.
Tap Create.
Home → Cellars & fridges → Edit → Create → Create Fridge → Select your fridge model → Create
Reordering and editing
Drag a row by its ≡ handle to reorder; that order carries to Home and every storage picker. Swipe left and tap Edit to change the name, photo, colour or icon. Reordering needs Editor access or above.
Deleting a storage deletes the wine in it
Open the storage, tap …, then Delete. If it holds bottles, two options:
Transfer N Bottles — pick another storage, the bottles move there, this storage goes.
Delete Storage & N Bottles — storage and bottles are both removed from your collection.
⚠️ The in-app warning is literal: deleting "will permanently delete all 3D sections, current bottles and past bottles associated with it. This cannot be undone." Either way you then type DELETE to confirm.
You can't delete your last storage, one with a pending delivery or import, or one shared with a wine club. Deleting needs Admin access.
Android
Same flow, same drag-to-reorder, same transfer-or-delete choice. Ready-made fridge models aren't on Android yet.
Web
On app.invintory.com, the Cellars & Fridges heading in the left sidebar has a + — choose Cellar or Fridge. Fridge models are here too. Reordering is iPhone, iPad and Android only.
