The free plan is a full version of InVintory rather than a trial: it does not expire, it does not cap how many bottles you can keep, and nothing you enter is ever held back from you.
⭐ There is no bottle limit and no time limit. A free collection can hold as many bottles as you like, for as long as you like.
What you can do on the free plan
Add bottles by scanning a label, by searching our wine database, or by importing your existing collection.
Keep as many bottles as you like, across a set number of cellars and fridges.
See the market value of an individual wine, and set your own price for one.
Read drink windows, ABV, grapes, food pairings and the average critic score for a wine.
Write reviews, and set a reminder to review a bottle you have just drunk.
Keep past bottles, browse the activity feed, and build saved lists.
Tag your bottles, up to a limit.
Invite collaborators to share the collection with you.
Export the whole collection to a CSV file.
Have one conversation with Vincent, with as many messages in it as you like.
What needs a paid plan
The 3D cellar, your collection's total value, analytics, quick filters, custom fields, deliveries, barcode labels, printed wine lists and individual critic reviews all need a paid plan. Understanding InVintory plans sets out which plan carries what.
You will meet those the same way each time: a figure sits blurred behind a Learn More prompt, or a card offering plans appears where a list would be. Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden from you permanently — the tool is simply closed until the collection is on a paid plan.
Checking that you are on the free plan
Home → collection name → Collection settings → Subscription
The Subscription row reads Free when nothing is being billed for the collection. If it names a plan but the paid tools are still closed, the collection you are looking at may not be the one that is subscribed — the plan belongs to the collection, and a collection you were invited to carries its owner's plan, not yours.
