A quick filter saves a set of filter criteria under a name and pins it to your home screen, so one tap reopens that view of your collection.
⭐ Requires a paid plan. On a free plan the filter panel offers Learn more instead of Create, and the Quick filters row never appears on your home screen.
Quick filter or saved list?
These two are easy to mix up. A quick filter stores criteria, so what it shows changes on its own as bottles come and go. A saved list stores the wines you chose, and nothing joins or leaves it unless you put it there.

On iPhone and iPad
Tap the Collection tab, then Filter at the top right.
Set the filters you want to keep — sort order, cellars, wine type, vintage, varietal, region, drink window, price range, tags and the rest.
In the banner at the top of the panel, tap Create.
Give it a name.
Tap Save quick filter.
A quick filter can cover your past bottles instead of your current ones. For that, start from the quick filters list rather than the collection filter panel:
Home → Quick filters → Edit → Add new → Past bottles
On Android
Same feature, same place — the home screen carries a Quick filters row with Edit beside it.
On the web
At app.invintory.com, quick filters sit in the left sidebar. Use the + next to Quick filters and choose Current collection or Past bottles.
Where they appear, and how to change one
Your home screen shows them as a row of pills, and Edit beside the heading opens the full list. Everyone with access to the collection sees the same quick filters, and anyone who can edit the collection can add or change them.
Open a quick filter and tap the gear to Edit quick filter, download the results as a CSV, or Delete it. Deleting a quick filter never touches your bottles.
